These terms govern your use of StreamKit (https://shop.zivonplayer.com) and any purchase made through our website. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. About us

StreamKit operates as an online retailer of consumer electronics. We curate and resell streaming devices sourced from third-party suppliers. We are not the manufacturer of the products listed unless explicitly stated.

2. Products & descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However, manufacturers may update hardware or firmware without notice. Minor variations in appearance or packaging may occur. Product images are for illustration; accessories shown may vary slightly from what you receive.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice until an order is confirmed. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.

4. Order fulfilment

When you place an order, we purchase the item from our supplier and arrange delivery directly to your address. This means:

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
• Your order may ship from outside the UK, though every device includes a UK plug.
• We will send a confirmation email and tracking information when available.

5. Delivery charges

Where our supplier provides free shipping, we pass this on and delivery is shown as free at checkout. Where a delivery charge applies, it is added to your order total and must be paid by you at checkout.

6. Returns & refunds

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

For change-of-mind returns, contact us at support@zivonplayer.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return postage is paid by you — we do not provide prepaid return labels. Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of a product or this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

8. Third-party services

Streaming apps (Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, etc.) require separate subscriptions. We do not provide content licences or app subscriptions. App availability and quality depend on the app provider and your internet connection.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
